RETURNS & REFUNDS
Right To Cancel
Within 7 working days of receiving your order you have the right to cancel for any reason. If you wish to cancel within this time frame please notify us in writing by sending an email to email@example.com and we shall provide details on how to return your goods. When returning goods in the post it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure goods are reasonably packed to prevent damage in transit. A refund will be given as soon as possible but please allow 30 working days for refunds to be processed. Please note that postage costs are non-refundable in these circumstances.
If any of the items from your order are damaged or missing please contact us within 7 working days of receiving the goods.
In the case of damage the damaged items will need to be returned and we will strive to provide a direct replacement, if this is not possible then a full refund will be offered.
In the case of a wrong/missing item in your order we will send out the item at no extra charge to yourself.
Please allow 15 working working days for the UK and 20 working days for the rest of the world before contacting about lost orders. If this time has passed then please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate shipping information and to ensure deliveries are not being held at their local postal depot. If a parcel is returned to us for these reasons then the customer will be liable to pay for postage to have the parcel re-delivered.
All available items are usually in stock (except pre-order items) and ready to be shipped. However all sales are subject to availability. If a mistake was made on our part and an item which was ordered is no longer in stock we will strive to contact the customer via email to arrange a reasonable solution.
In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.
Pre-order items are goods which we will have in the future but are not currently in stock. The date available should only be used as an estimate as we cannot always control when we shall receive the items. Whilst we strive to have all pre-order items shipped out by the release date this is not always possible. All payments for pre-orders will be charged at the point of order. You have the right to cancel your pre-order at any point up to 7 days after receiving the goods and a full refund will be given.
If you place an order with both pre-order items and in stock items your order will not be dispatched until the pre-order item is in stock. If you require your in stock items sooner please place separate orders.
